 Palace Quay
Condominiums comprise two 18-story towers completed in
1991 and 1993. Our 220 owners enjoy superb views of the surrounding
mountains and the Fraser River.
The towers have underground
parking, a beautiful swimming pool with spa,
a gym, and recreation rooms
offering billiards, darts, and table games.
The complex is overseen by a strata council consisting of 7
members elected by the owners.
Palace Quay condominium units range from
1000 to 3000 square feet. All units have at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms, some have two bedrooms and den,
and penthouses have three bedrooms.

Each unit is allocated underground parking and a storage locker.
